  • The rental period is for one day. You are required to return the wings by the next day. If you fail to return them on time, you will be charged an additional daily fee.

2. How do I reserve the wings?

  • To reserve the wings, a full deposit must be made before the pickup day. This ensures that the wings are held for you.

3. Where do I pick up and return the wings?

  • The wings must be picked up and returned to the address provided in the contract. If you require pickup or drop-off services, you must provide transportation such as Uber or Lyft.

4. What happens if the wings are lost?

  • If the wings are lost, you are required to pay the full replacement cost. This compensates for the time, materials, and skill of the artist.

5. What are the charges if the wings are damaged?

  • If the wings are damaged, you will be charged a minimum of $100 in repair fees. Depending on the severity of the damage, the cost could go up to the full price of the wings ($1,000). If the wings are unrepairable, you must pay the full replacement cost.

6. Do I need to give credit to the artist if I use the wings?

  • Yes, if you purchase the wings in full or use them for rental, you are required to credit and tag Angel Wings Los Angeles (AWLA) in at least one social media post. Please inform AWLA when the content is ready for posting.

7. How should I care for the wings during the rental period?

  • You should ensure the wings do not get wet, strained, or dirty. Avoid bending the wings in ways they are not supposed to be bent, and keep as many feathers intact as possible.

8. Is the rental agreement legally binding?

  • Yes, the rental agreement is legally binding. By signing the contract, you accept all the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement.

9. What happens if I fail to make the payment on time?

  • If you fail to make the payment by the agreed-upon due date, Angel Wings Los Angeles (AWLA) is authorized to charge your credit card for the rental price and any additional fees (late return, damage, replacement) as per the terms of the contract.

  • Yes, a detailed contract outlining all terms and conditions will be provided for you to sign before the rental period begins.
